A lot of influencing training is about how to inspire people to follow you - which is great! But sometimes, all we need is to get someone we work with to play ball. This can be really hard when they're just a plain difficult human!

These examples will help you to see how you can apply the skills I taught in episodes 49 and 50 to real life situations.
