After learning the hard way that I had to disconnect my self worth from my engineering work, I had to learn how to do it all over again when I started my coaching business.
We've all been that person who thinks that the world will fall over if they don't turn up to work, right? And while we didn't mean to be really cocky, in some senses we were being a bit egoic.
