Women in STEM often develop impostor syndrome after becoming a leader. Here's why:

  • They feel icky using the leadership skills they've learned
  • This is because they've learned them from leaders they can't relate to
  • Putting on this learned "leadership" demeanour is like pretending to be someone else
  • Pretending to be someone your'e not is the definition of "impostor"!

This is why it's so important for women to explore what their own leadership style is.

Chances are, if something feels yuck, it's someone else's leadership method that isn't going to work for you.

Women in STEM, I've got a leadership coaching program that'll train you to:
✨ Develop an inner confidence in your leadership role
✨ Create clear boundaries at work
✨ Inspire high performance and teamwork (even in difficult team members)
